The Guru of Design-David Hicks

His work seriously rocks my world!  The David Hicks France boutique is to die for.  It actually is a crazier version of all the colors and patterns that are so in vogue today, similar to the Tory Burch boutiques too. 

I was lucky enough to be left most of his design books, which are now out of print, by a wonderful designer and family friend when he died. 

They are really inspiring.

A Favorite room…It is always amazing when a room from over 30 years ago is so chic even today.
