The Best of Barstools
It seems that I am often on the hunt for barstools and counter stools. Historically, the pickings have been quite slim unless you want to really go custom for a pretty penny. Those days have changed as there are numerous selections that exude style and panache making you want to pull right up to the bar.
Here are my current favorites.
The King clear acrylic counter stool from Gabby Home is the perfect retro look for your kitchen! The counter height stool features a stylish mix of materials with a geometric metal base and clear Lucite acrylic creating a modern eclectic look. – See more at: https://gabbyhome.com/products/king-counter-stool/#sthash.SW4fv7Lv.dpuf
The Loop Stool by Bungalow 5. The Loop Design is an homage to the 1768 original Chinoiserie chairs made by a contemporary of Thomas Chippendale’s and Frances Elkin’s influential 1930s version. Solid mahogany supports the delicately pierced legs and lyrical, looping fretwork.
Clara Barstool in White Weathered by Noir Furniture.
Gilbreto brass barstool by Brabbu.
Brasserie Stools via Serena & Lily. The classic bentwood Thonet chair gets a modern update with a splash of our signature colours.
Vapor Barstool from CB2. Out of thin air. No fabric, no leather, just one clean swoop of clear, thick acrylic exposing architectural chrome plated square steel frame. Formfitting curves in all the right places. Clearly works with any room.
Folio Barstool from Crate & Barrel. In a reinvention of classic Italian design with a focus on comfort and value, our Folio counter stool gets wrapped in warm, oyster white, bonded leather. Attention-getting details make the Folio seating collection a customer favorite, including trim mitered corners, flange seaming and stitching accentuating each piece’s good looks.
Wyndham Swivel Counter Stool by Arteriors Home. Counter stool with tube shaped triangular iron legs in vintage brass finish with round wooden swivel seat in distressed wax finish.
Chevron Riviera Stools from Serena & Lily. A classic 1930s European bistro chair, reinterpreted and elevated to new heights. Handcrafted of sustainable rattan and woven plastic seats, it’s great for the kitchen or the patio.
Laurent Counter Stool from Hickory Chair. Inspired by the French Moderne chairs of the 1930s, the Laurent Counter Stool has an elegantly contoured back, a reeded apron and finely tapered legs joined together by a beautiful French Brass finished X-shaped stretcher.
**** this one below is an extra designer secret******
