Spanish Tile for Miles at Cevisama
As many of you know I’ve just returned from a fabulous trip to Spain with Tile of Spain.
I was so incredibly inspired by the magnificent tile and massive volumes of tile but I had never seen. What I have determined by all of this is that is absolutely no reason to ever use white subway tile again! There are so many incredible choices I don’t know how I will ever decide.
The trends that I really seem to love were black-and-white, graphic, tribal or ethnic and textures. There are also many metallic tiles being used. Say goodbye to your regular flat tile. Three-dimensional tiles were present everywhere as were micro textures and macro graphics.
Enjoy a peek at a few of the beautiful finds direct from Cevisama in Valencia, Spain. If you need sources please do not hesitate to ask.
Spain certainly captured my heart. I’m already planning a return trip as soon as possible. The food, wine and the handsome Spanish men are just an extra bonus to the incredible architecture, culture and kindness of the Spanish people. It is certainly unlike any European country I have ever traveled. Architecturally, I was very moved by all the Moorish influence which makes me only more excited for my upcoming Morocco trip this fall. I will share more architectural details very soon.
