Serpens by Guido Mocafido / Year of the Snake
The serpens series by Guido Mocafico captured my attention a few years ago and it has not been forgotten. These photographs are eerily beautiful and haunting at the same time, similar to my felling of snakes. I thought these would be a perfect celebration of the Year of the Snake with Chinese New Year approaching this weekend.

The fabulous apartment of Tamara Mellon by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. The snakes by Guido Mocafico are just sublime.
Check in tomorrow for part 2 of the Year of the Snake.
