Passion for D. Porthault
I love to sleep. No, I really LOVE to sleep. It can often be bit of an issue with morning and school. I also tend to be a bit of a night owl. When the opportunity presents itself I can sleep for days. Obviously, bedding is very important to my slumber situation. Historically I have been a white bedding and white sheet girl but, the tides are turning.
I grew up with lovely linens as it was a passion my mother adopted from her mother. Our beds were graced with the most beautiful floral sheets in delicate patterns. I recall my grandmother in her bed when she was very old and sick with the lovely blue heart sheets and blanket cover. Something about these luxury linens are classic, chic and comfortable.
D. Porthault has cornered the market of the best of the best in printed bed linens.
How does one choose?

Seeing these sheets brings back so many memories. I, too, had floral printed sheets in patterns just like these on my bed growing up. I especially love seeing them in fresh, new spaces! Thanks for sharing these lovely linens.
