One Room Challenge: Week 4
Crapola is the only word that comes to mind. Power to the procrastinators. My travels are getting the way but, do not despair. I hope to pull out all the stops by the final reveal in 2 eeeeeeek short weeks.
Here we are already on week 4 of the One Room Challenge.
See Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3 to get up to date if you are just joining in…
Decisions made this week…
Ceiling wallpaper is still not here…stressing. I did find another replacement if need be that is FAB too. Kinda crushin’ on it too….
Wallpaper : Emma Bridgewater Wallpapers– Splatter
or blue splatter from Spoonflower
Splat in Indigo from Spoonflower
Marble Red blue from Spoonflower is too bold but would be divine on the ceiling in an Yves Klein Blue room
Gallery Wall above the desk…. See tips on a galley wall here.
Bed wall….
Linens. Lovely Jill Sorenson helped my with the linens. I decided on the cool Red Bang Bang Duvet Cover and Euro Shams.
I did not order the monogram shams. They were not the rocker cool vibe but dang they are cute. I am seriously worried the Rolling Stones pillow will not arrive. Lets just say that the French are not as enthusiastic about dates, blogs, etc (tears)
Progress on the cleaning out of the bookcases…We should open our own library…
Still really wanting and dreaming about this AMAZING Gray Malin Surfboard to Bo’s room.
It would be THE COOLEST wall art!
I will report back next week with more progress! I promise to give you more since the elusive grasscloth and supposed wallpaper will be up….
Be sure to pop over to all the other ladies participating in the #oneroomchallenge.
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

The bedding is perfect and I also love the first replacement splatter wallpaper. I’ll pray for you that the tongue pillow arrives- I’m having similar shipping issues:( And a huge yes on the surfboard!

I love the bedding and was just dreaming about it for my own room. I think everyone is waiting for some random item that is taking forever in transit, myself included. Looking good!!
Elizabeth @ The Little Black Door
The bedding is bang on. And I love the splatter wallpaper option. The room is looking great.
erin@designcrisis
Oh noooooo on the wallpaper! Let me say that DG kind of screwed me over and one of the rolls they sent was misprinted. Never had that happen before!
I love the top splatter paper, and I love grasscloth so much I want to put it on my face.
The Glam Pad
I so love all of your wallpaper selections, and the bedding by Jill Sorenson!! This room is going to be very cool.
Linda @ Calling it Home
Good luck, Holly. I know you are burning the candle at both ends. The plan is great, fingers crossed for you. Londoners have their own sense of time.

Nothing like the stress of a good ORC! I love those splattered wallpapers! And trying to do your own house while working on clients is causing some stress around here also:)
Albertina || Mimosa Lane
you had me at bedding! That is just so beautiful! And I love the headboard against the fab wall color. I do love the splatter paint wallpaper. Can’t wait to see what develops next week.

Don’t fret – I am squarely in procrastination land too! Fingers crossed the pillow and wallpaper arrive in time!
