One Room Challenge Fall 2016: Week 5
One week to go and no rest for the weary!
The Room:
See my One Room Challenge kickoff HERE to see all the before images of my new office, Week 2, Week 3 & Week 4.
The Progress:
Big things happened…the fab pink sofa FIT!!!!
It arrived Monday while I was out and the lovely ladies in my office handled it getting in with the delivery guys without telling. Apparently, it had to stand on the ends and a light fixture had to swung sideways. All heroic measures aside it fit and is FAB!!!! They let me just see it when I walked in from a meeting. It was THE BEST SURPRISE!
It is so soft to the touch and so damn chic with the acrylic legs.
I am thrilled I went bold with the vibrant pink as I always am. I have piled it high with pillows and even tested it for a nap in my near future.
If the the shades are down don’t come knocking cause I will be napping..
I am no longer in a total state of disrepair yet, I gotta put my nose to the grindstone this weekend and get it done after another Saturday horse show. Sunday will not be the day of rest for me. I have photography scheduled for Monday. YIKES!
I still cannot get over how great the carpet turned out. I am such a fan especially the animal prints.
My old office is now full of stuff that still needs to be organized and moved too…add it to the list.

It should be the highlight but it is currently proving to be the headache as I have added 3 more Iris’ portraits in the past week including these 2 from illustrator Kate Worum:
This beauty is by Miles Purvis Art and she should be coming in hot tomorrow…
Hang & Create the Vision Board.
A vision board you ask? …A vision board is a powerful visualization tool to help you organize and embrace your goals. I even made a Pinterest Board to take my regular inspiration board to the next level. I am going to get these goals accomplished #goaldigger!
If Oprah and Huff Post think it works then I am on board.
Here are some examples:
I even had the frame made in mirror to remind me to reflect only on my personal goals.

I was so excited to pop over and see more ‘Iris’! Love how brave you are with color. When I grow up, I want to be like you. I already enjoy a good nap 🙂
