Off to Italy for Mercanteinfiera
I am hot off the plane from HOT Texas where we had a great Parent’s Weekend at TCU.
I am riding, unpacking, repacking, having 3 quick work meeting and headed off to Parma, Italy in 18 hours. I am so so excited for my trip to the International fair of modernism, antiques and collectibles, MERCANTEINFIERA.
Mercanteinfiera, a veritable antiquarian city in which more than a thousand exhibitors, from all European antiquarian squares, exhibit their discoveries to tens of thousands of professional visitors, collectors and lovers of memory.
Mercanteinfiera is one of a kind and one of the most important events for the Antiques world at European level: over one thousand dealers exhibit their best antiques items and collectables to a public consisting of thousands professional visitors, collectors, and memorabilia hunters.
Lots and lots of precious and bizarre items or simply “rediscoveries of our recent past”.
Two main events (Spring and Fall) in Parma, at the very heart of Emilia and Italy itself, a temporary village where you will be able to choose among thousands of items from different styles, discover new market trends, combine business with a pleasant stay in the Food Valley capital, the Unesco city of gastronomy, full of art and musical history
Seize the day and shop till you drop!
I am so looking forward to the inspiration.
Any Parma recs are more than welcome!
