Gucci has just introduced the most glorious, whimsical and wonderful wallpaper to tempt us all and add to their ever growing décor category.

Pick a favorite friends…

The Tiger Face print, influenced by Gucci’s women’s ready-to-wear collection, depicts one of the most important motifs associated with Gucci’s new design aesthetic. The image of the powerful creature—often associated with strength and bravery—is featured throughout the collections in a variety of portrayals and has become a symbol of the House.

The Pearl Eyes print is taken from the men’s ready-to-wear and accessories collections. The motif depicts an eye-like design surrounded by pearls and bees. The bee—a symbol first seen in Gucci ready-to-wear in the 1970s—was taken from the archives and reintroduced in the Fall Winter 2015 collection.

The pineapple print is inspired by Gucci’s ready-to-wear designs. A symbol seen throughout the collection, the tropical fruit is a traditional expression of “welcome.”

The Tiger Cards print depicts a mix of Gucci’s most recognizable codes as vintage style playing cards.

Gucci’s Herbarium motif depicts a whimsical Toile de Jouy design of cherry branches, leaves and flowers, inspired by a vintage fabric.

The Thistles and Birds print takes cues from the animal world. First appearing in the Fall Winter 2015 women’s fashion show, the design is depicted with a watercolor effect.

…and my personal favorite!

The Heron print depicts the birds against a soft pink ground with dragonflies scattered throughout. The motif is inspired by Gucci’s ready-to-wear collections.
