I LOVE to travel.  I think it is the very best way to be inspired.

I am a serious planner…to a fault at times. Being in the know of the best spots cannot hurt. I have a few favorite sites I always check before I travel. I wanted to share my best finds.

My most recently discovered one is fabsearch. It is a truly FABULOUS compilation of articles about your place of choice.  It does all the work for you.

A great design related choice always is Design Sponge.

Another great stop for recommendations is Indagare. The cheat sheet is free but you must join for full info.  The designations area gives you insider ideas of places to stay, eat, shop, etc. 

I always search the Elle Decor Goes to… in the travel section.

I Love the GOOP travel guides. I used this for a great Nashville itinerary a few summers ago. I used the New York app a few weeks ago too. Thank you Gwyneth!

I also use my favorite blogs in the area for a resource.  I am currently planning a napa trip in the fall with another couple.  That spurred this post.
