What is your training?

I am just a self taught artist. I was always drawing and painting growing up and just had it inside of me I suppose. I had taken some drawing classes but never a painting class. 

 What inspires you and your designs?

Life, music and my travels. I lived in New York City for a long time. That city shaped me and definitely had a lot to do with who I am and how I think. So.

What is your favorite piece?

Favorite. Hard to say but here is something I love.

How has the your area (Country and city)  influenced your work?

 I live right now where I grew up in New Vernon, New jersey. It is about forty minutes outside of Manhattan. It’s the country but still so close to New York City. 

What is your favorite restaurant in (your city)?

Sammy’s

What is your favorite cocktail?

French. Red. Bordeaux. 

How do you balance personal life and work?

Personal life? This is sometimes hard to find. I think I am just getting a glimpse of that again now that my youngest is just turning 5! Thankfully NYC is close enough for a quick release now and again.

 Dream trip?

 Easy. Summer in Rome and then literally Fall into Paris and stay long enough to bring in the New Year! Reagan and I spent New Year’s in Paris once. Amazing! Although I think that I once lived another life in Rome. Most favorite.

 Dream commission?

 Mick Jagger onsite installation! A huge wall entry piece. Talk about Satisfaction!

Your favorite host / hostess gift to give?

Vueve Clicquot.

Who is your style icon?

 This is so hard to answer but style meaning fashion and attitude/guy. Steve McQueen.

Your favorite up and coming artist?

 Simple. My wife Reagan Geschardt. She is so passionate about her art and life. 

What is your most treasured possession?

 Right now my Cannon Mark II D. Love it. Always wanted to be a Photographer!! Love my camera.

What are you reading?
