Art Love: Kristin Shearer

Happy Art Love Monday from Turkey.

I saved this one to watch from Well & Wonder.

I am loving these creative works by Kristin Shearer

August slipped away and in it’s place stood September. In our part of the country this changing of the monthly guard brought a break from the sweaty, sweltering, summer we’ve had and the promise of something new. Earlier this week we talked about needed a fall reset so, we couldn’t be happier that at this point the universe seems to agree. All signs point to fall and we can’t wait! Something else we simply couldn’t wait for? A new Kristin Shearer release. We released a handful of her paintings during our SPACES show late last month and after almost all have sold we are left wanting more. So, ask and you shall receive because NEW Kristin “Formes” are LIVE! Flower Child, her latest eight-work collection is as vibrant, energetic, and happy as ever. Each painting named after a beloved flower and each with a color palette that reflects it’s name: buttercup, bells of Ireland, hibiscus, foxglove, forget-me-not, and desert bluebell, Kristin’s work is the icing for your walls. That finishing touch. The pièce de ré·sis·tance. Inspired by the “Flower Children” of San Francisco, who would wear and give away flowers to symbolize ideals of universal belonging, peace, and love, Kristin is sending this body of work out into the world with love and hope for peace. For your inner flower child, and outer one too – Kristin Shearer is LIVE!
