Slight design diversion-

Indulge me while I gush over my sister in law's cooking. She is the best cook I know.  She constantly makes delicious meals from appetizer to dessert and all in between.  I am aways amazed and begging for the recipes, which I can never duplicate like she does.  This week she blew me away.  This pie cannot be described with words.

Trust me it is worth every calorie and effort.
